These two middle school sweethearts were so full of love and laughter at their summer engagement session at Quail Hollow Park. It was the perfect mix of romantic and genuine that let their love show!
Couples who enjoy date nights consisting of good food and drinks are definitely my kind of people, and these two were no exception. We met for the first time at a local restaurant and spent hours laughing and talking about life and wedding.I knew they were perfect for each other while watching them interact.
Kaylee and Jamal have the biggest hearts. They both are dedicated to working hard to build a beautiful life for themselves and their future family. Seriously, I love that. It resonates with me on so many levels. When I found out they have been together since middle school, I wasn’t the least bit surprised. They are the perfect pair!
Their engagement story is just as cute and romantic as their relationship. Jamal’s co-worker and his family were there too. They had mentioned wanting to get family pictures on the beach and asked if we would take some for them, and in exchange they would take some of us. When they went to take pictures, there was a photographer from the resort that showed up started capturing photos of them. The photographer told Kaylee to turn around and look at the water to take some pictures and when she turned around Jamal was on his knee waiting to propose. Clearly her answer was yes!
I am so glad our path’s crossed and that I get to be part of such a special season in their lives. I am counting down the days until their June 2022 Wedding, which is going to be SO MUCH FUN!
