A Late Fall Engagement Session at Mill Creek Park | Danielle & Ty

Engagements

In true Ohio fashion, the rain forced us to reschedule Danielle and Ty’s engagement session, leading us to the perfect late fall engagement session at Mill Creek Park. It was filled with so much laughter and a ton of snuggles. As much as we love the changing of the leaves that fall brings, I may have found a new love for bundled up, romantic sessions after the leaves have fallen!

Danielle too was saddened at the postponement of their engagement session. But when Ty sweetly told her that it was his favorite when Danielle was bundled up, he had both of our hearts melting and we knew it would be amazing, and boy were we right!

I was so excited to greet Danielle and Ty when they arrived at Mill Creek Park in Youngstown, Ohio! They were dressed in the most adorable fall sweaters and Danielle had the perfect ivory coat and burgundy scarf that pulled their outfits together perfectly. Plus, I’m a sucker for some cute booties!

The Dreamy Bridge At Mill Creek Park

It’s natural for couples to feel awkward when we first get started with their engagement session, but these two looked like they had been doing this their whole lives. We started at the stunning bridge, one of the highlights of this quaint park, and the very reason Danielle and Ty picked this park. It was such a unique element and backdrop for their photos.

It wasn’t long before others began showing up to to take photos and share in the beauty of the bridge. We headed to a path near were we had parked that had tall trees and the ground was covered with fallen leaves. It gave us the fall feels that we had hoped for when we originally planned their session. I thought for sure this would be my favorite part of their session.

Flurries of snow began falling as we wrapped up the first part of their session and began the trip back to my studio in Medina for their super sweet snuggle session.

A Cozy and Romantic Session

Danielle had a vision of a cozy and snuggle filled session with big windows and comfy blankets and pillows. Our original location didn’t work out but I am so glad they trusted me to bring their homey session dreams to life!!

I swear this part of their session is where these two really shined. They were so natural at connecting with one another and Danielle even commented it felt just like they were cuddling at home. THEY WERE SO CUTE! While this was my first snuggle session, I hope its not my last!

Danielle and Ty’s wedding next September can’t come soon enough. I know we will blink and it will be here. But I am so excited to see these two walk down the aisle and vow forever. They are truly perfect for one another and compliment each other so well.

Enjoy some of my favorites from their late fall engagement session at Mill Creek Park!
